Modern Karelian Feast Meal

is compiled respecting Karelian traditions, spiced with the character of our own region.

The absolute hit products of the meal are the oven-fresh Karelian pies and Ilomantsi vatruskas, prepared in the house's piirootsuppu, i.e., traditional bakery.

Dining begins in the Karelian style with a varied appetizer buffet, adorned with various fish appetizers and generous salads.

For the main course, enjoy cream-crusted salmon and Karelian stew, slow-cooked in the oven, with side dishes. For dessert, wild berries are savored in the form of berry kissel, along with coffee and brewed tea.

The Modern Karelian Feast Meal easily adapts to more festive occasions and is a good option for small groups and family celebrations.

The Modern Karelian celebration meal includes the menu described below; for dessert, a layer cake is conjured according to your wishes, the table is decorated with festive linens, table flowers, and napkins are set on the table. Available by pre-order only.
