Lower Hall

In our environment, honoring Karelian building traditions, you can enjoy a warm atmosphere and breathtaking hill landscapes.

The downstairs hall can accommodate up to 100 people for celebrations, but it also works perfectly for smaller parties.

We rent out the downstairs hall outside the restaurant's opening hours or by arrangement. We charge a venue rental fee according to the price list.

Upper Hall

Parppeinpirtti's upstairs hall offers comfortable space for 60 people. The upstairs hall easily transforms into both a party venue and a meeting room.

The space has its own buffet, so dining here is as effortless as in our downstairs hall.

The hall also features a pleasant play area where the youngest members of the family can enjoy themselves.

The space can also be rented for private use during the restaurant's opening hours by arrangement.

Meeting Technology and Facilities:

Fast, wireless fiber optic connection (Wi-Fi) freely available for your use.
Video projector (with HDMI connection) and projector screen (available by advance booking).

Please note regarding accessibility:
Due to its location, the upstairs hall does not have accessible entry. Access to the space is via stairs with handrails.

The upstairs does not have its own restrooms; an accessible restroom and other sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor of the restaurant.
We are happy to help you choose a suitable space – our accessible ground floor serves customers with reduced mobility.

Scenic Terrace

Parppeinpirtti's summer terrace offers magnificent hill landscapes and sunny surroundings for up to 45 people.

Full liquor license: Enjoy good food or a glass of local sparkling wine.
Covered terrace (not glazed): The terrace has a roof, so a little summer rain is not a problem.
In heavy rain, please note that customer seating is only available on the more sheltered inner side of the terrace.
Pets welcome: The terrace is pet-friendly, and a water bowl is provided for dogs.
Accessibility: The entire outdoor area and terrace are accessible (the route to the restaurant's ground floor is via the terrace ramp).

Winter season venue rental fees:

The above prices include 25.5% VAT. The use of meeting equipment, video projector, and projector screen is also included in the price.

Wireless fiber optic connection available to customers in both spaces.

For full-day/half-day events, we follow the following venue rental policy:

Whole day, the restaurant is at your disposal between 10:00 and 02:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance

Price: 500 € (incl. 25.5% VAT and normal final cleaning).

Evening booking, restaurant is at your disposal from 15:00 until 02:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance

Price: 220 € (incl. 25.5% VAT and normal final cleaning).

Please note during peak season:

During summer (June-August) bookings, 15:00 onwards is the only possible rental time for private events due to the restaurant's other opening hours.

Accessibility

Entry: The downstairs area has accessible entry via the terrace ramp.
However, it should be noted that there is a threshold at the terrace door, and the door may be heavy to open due to wind.
Restroom facilities: Our facilities include a spacious accessible toilet equipped with handrails.
Please note for table reservations: Please inform us when booking if you have a wheelchair, stroller, or guide dog with you, so we can choose the most suitable table for you.
Aids: You can also borrow a chair booster (1 pc) from us; please kindly ask our staff directly.

Facilities: Our facilities include a high-quality video projector and a projector screen. The video projector has an HDMI connection (cable ready)
Network connection: A fast and wireless fiber optic connection (Wi-Fi) is available for your use.
