The individual has the right to be forgotten if there is no compelling reason for continued processing. After processing your request to be forgotten we either delete your personal data or will inform you with adequate grounds why your personal information can not be erased.
Please notice, the registry manager may have a statutory or other right not to delete the data asked. The registry manager is obligated to keep accounting records for the period (10 years) defined in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). Therefore, the data related to the accounting records can not be erased before the end of this period.

If processing the individual’s personal data is based only to their consent, and not to customer relationship or membership of the company, has the individual the right to cancel their consent.

The personal data is collected:

7. Regular Data Transfer
The personal data collected to the registry is not in general transferred to marketing purposes outside the Tsipaniekka Oy.

The registry manager or its employees processes the personal data. We also may outsource the data processing partly to a third party. In these cases we guarantee with contractual arrangements that the personal data is processed according to the operative General Data Protection Regulation and otherwise correctly.
