Summer offerings June 1 - August 31, 2026

During summer, we serve daily, and below is a summary of our services:

1.6. starting throughout the summer, our Traditional bakery works diligently daily, baking fresh Karelian pies and Ilomantsi vatruskas, also available for takeaway. Larger quantities by pre-order.

JUNE 2026

1.-30.6. Modern Karelian Feast Meal served daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
(summer café serves from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

5.6. Loimolan Voima performs starting at 8:00 PM. Learn about the evening's offerings HERE.

Exceptions and events in June:

Fri 19.6. (Midsummer's Eve) restaurant closed.

Sat 13.6. Modern Karelian Feast Meal from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, after which the restaurant will host a private event

Sat 27.6. Modern Karelian Feast Meal from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, after which the restaurant will host a private event

JULY 2026

Note! During the Karhufestivaali, we serve with extended opening hours as follows:

Fri-Sat 14.-15.8. Modern Karelian Feast Meal served from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (summer café serves from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Between 17.-31.8.2026 nModern Karelian Feast Meal served daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (summer café serves from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

Note! During the Möhkön Valon Yö event, the Feast Meal will be served as follows:

Sat 29.8. from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
